We want your goods to be with you as soon as possible and will dispatch as soon as we can. We aim to dispatch all vinyl designs within seven working days. This often happens within 3 working days.
For products that we print and send to you, these are usually dispatched within 14 days.
For some of our larger vinyl designs such as football shirt vinyl, we may have to send names and numbers individually in the same envelope, rather than one complete design in order to fit inside the envelope.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but know sometimes things don't quite work out.
We are happy to refund items that are returned unused in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase.
If your item is personalised, as most of our items are, then it can only be returned if faulty.
